Re: Help w/ morning sickness?

Unisome (anti-histamine) and Vitamin B6 is often used. Talk to your Ob/gyne though before hand, if your wife has really severe symptoms, they might even give her Zofran which is kinda the nausea cure-all (hangover, post chemo, whatever). I'd also lay off the Magnesium till you talk to your doctors, not sure what the proper dose if any is, and I've never heard of it helping for morning sickness. Ginger is another commonly used remedy.

Re: Help w/ morning sickness?

A piece of toast and I cut up some fresh ginger and make a tea with it. She likes the tea's right now. But, there is also acupuncture that might help.
Or you could check out PCC Natural Health markets site for the research on supplements that might help:

Website safe.

Re: Help w/ morning sickness?

Hey man, congrats on the new baby!!!!!

For both of our kids, my wife did not really get morning sickness at all. It was suggested to my wife that she get as much protein as possible, and that that would help with the morning sickness - so when she was pregnant (both times) I had hard boiled eggs, and other protein-rich foods around all the time for her. THat worked for us, and all of our friends who we sugested it to......worth a shot (if she can keep it down....)?

Good luck!
