Pulled Pork has just raised up to one of my fav foods, next to lamb/pork/blue cheese burgers.
So friggin easy and I have enough left for a few meals, more if the chow hound CF'rs didn't down it like there was no tomorrow.
The BBQ sauce was my first attempt and it was a tomato based sauce, but the cup of Jack Daniels added that special little touch.
I have seen the Vinegar based recipes along with the mustard based, so, I guess next week, new sauce, new pig.
Just something comforting knowing I have an 1/8 steer, 1/2 goat, full lamb and some pork in the freezer.
