Do more work, burn more energy while taking in the same amount of food and nutrients as part of a proper nutrition plan?

Keep doing what you're doing, and add a 1mi run to the gym and back. Or bike to the gym. Or do a 500m row before and after the workout. Or add some CFE SFW during the week.
