Toning my thighs

I have been doing CrossFit for 4 months and love it!! I am addicted! Having lost over 55lbs last year and with a ~23.5 BMI I was desperately looking for a workout regiment to help me get into shape and be challenging. I was intimated at first, but I loved it after my first workout.

My problem....

My thighs.

My arms look great, my abs (I have abs?!?!) are toning up, but my thighs are not following suit. I know for women the thighs can often be the trouble spot. I know its partly genetics, but I am incredibly frustrated and would love some guidance or suggestions on what I can do.
