Are you experiencing any changes there ? Because with Crossfit, I went from 87,5 to 85,5 quite rapidly, without any changes in my diet (I eat all the time), and I actually look "bigger" than before.
Yes i have also dropped down about 2 kilos and my shirts feel tighter around the shoulders and arms, so theres definately some muscle growth there. Its good to get stronger and faster and still keep your size, this Crossfit system is great! Been trying to get a picture on here but every time i make it small enough (photoshop) its just a blur!!!
