Did the clean/front squat, not so good. Failed @ 275 for clean which is disappointing because I caught it low and solid and it wasn't feeling heavy at all but I didn't fight my elbows up and that killed me. I can power clean that but I'm really trying to learn how to drop under it and catch it in a front squat. We always did power cleans in football so I have to work on my flexibility now and work on snapping my elbows under and up. I front squated 275 no problem. I'll just keep at it man. Tomorrow I will do the shoulder press and Angie.
