Everyday for the past couple months my breakfast has consisted of 4 hard-boiled eggs, a cup or two of berries (fresh or frozen), and a cup of black coffee.
The night before last, I blended up 2 cups of frozen blueberries, 1 cup of frozen raspberries, and a 13.5oz can of coconut milk. I split this into 2 containers and I put it in the freezer. I brought one of these containers the last two mornings and ate them with my eggs and coffee and the past 2 mornings I've been a little light-headed.
The black coffee, eggs and berries are nothing out of the ordinary. The only real variable is the coconut milk. The brand was Coco-Cool and the ingredients were coconut milk, water and sodium metabasulfite. It smelled and tasted fine. I've had coconut milk in the past, but have been trying to pay an even closer amount of attention to what I eat and exactly how it makes me feel.
