Mobility is integral part of workout .As how you maintain your car after use.Muscle maintenance is Key to good performance of muscle .When u have good range of motion your work capacities increased.When have healthy muscles performance of muscle increases .Muscle can maintained by Mobility workout stretches and Massage .When question comes of how much time ? its my personal view or personal suggestion how much time u do work apply same time for mobility or stretch
