On a daily basis about 20-30 Minutes. Warm up is usually bar stuff, activation stuff, a few hip and shoulder openers. Row and stretch post work out Evenings usually include some rolling, smashing, voodoo floss and stretching. When I do it, I notice the difference, and when I don't do it I notice the difference, so I try to make time and make sure I am open.
