Weight is coming forward onto your toes on your first pull.(push your knees back and transfer weight towards heels) You're rushing your transition(2nd pull)and bringing your knees underneath to quickly. (Be patient and stay a bit longer over the bar). And finally, you just need to drop under the bar. You can easily power snatch that weight. Do some hang snatches from blocks and learn to drop right under bar.
