Did my first crossfit today. Ouchies. I did half of all the WOD exercises per my trainers advice. After finishing in 14:58, I wanted to die. And could not imagine enduring anymore! One thing is for sure, I will need to add some good carbs before my workouts. I couldn't function at a high level with the little that I had to eat. I think I will eat something more substantial between 4-5PM (whenever I can). Maybe 400-500 cals (chicken breast + sweet potato). I also need to hydrate better throughout the day. That has always been a struggle for me, but I need to get better. I did strain my neck tonight when my instructor was helping me with handstand pushups. That kind of sucks. Will try to jump on some NSAIDs and stretch it, but it's not my first time so it'll be a week before it'll ease up regardless of what I do. Anyways, time to make tomorrows meals (pretty much today's just re-ordered). Looking forward to tomorrow's *** kicking.
