Don't know if someone's tried this one before, but tried this during a week-long sojourn from crossfit (recovery):

3 x 3 top2top pullups (10 second pause at top portion for rest between sets)
3 x 10 bottom2bottom pushups (20 second pause at bottom for rest)
3 x 3 knees to elbows (5 second pause at top for rest)
3 x 10 bottom to bottom squats (30 second pause at bottom)
took several minutes to catch breath after this!
