Generally a local grocer (not safeway) will have that kind of bacon pre sliced under the glass and you buy it buy the pound. It doesnt generally come prepackaged. It also doesnt look right if you're used to that prepackaged 'normal' bacon. Its browner. As it should be Thats the stuff you want.

Or at the butcher shop they will cut it right there for ya. Not cheap, but not over the top pricey.
