It was a running clock so it was up to the individual how they came back down the hill. I personally chose the flailing limbs approach whilst making grunting was a good look! :uhoh:

The hill was a guestimate 100m in length, so it was burpees then up the hill then squats, then down the hill and repeat for 5 rounds.


The head to head should be cool today....good few beers last night so need to blow the cobwebs out!
