I used to ride both road and mountain bikes, and had quite a collection of bikes. Now I'm strictly mountain biking. I've done a few sprint tris, olympic distance and one ironman. The sprint tris are alot of fun and alot easier to incorporate training for them in an already busy schedule. If you haven't already, check out
and supplement those CFE wods with your current daily CF wods. I like to sign up for 1-2 mountain bike races a year just for fun and to stay motivated with my training, and I tell you I've experience awesome results by following the two wods and training a fraction of the time on the bike compared to what I used to.
