Carb up went extremely well. I ended up with 1 small banana, 2 kiwis, 1 apple, 1 papaya, 5 sweet potatoes, 1 sweet dumpling squash, 1 small pumpkin squash, 1 delicata squash. Sounds like a lot - probably because it was. Rob, I just ate till I was full :-) Overall great experience. Oddly enough - when I was on the anabolic diet, I would carb up with a lot of grain type products and refined products. I would feel like **** both mentally and physically after these carb ups. With this Paleo style carb up - I actually felt great afterward. Just more evidence, for me, that a Paleo style of eating truly is what we are designed to consume.
