Well, tonight was my first carb-up on NHE. So far I have consumed 1 apple, 2 kiwis, 1 papaya, 1 extremely small banana, 1 small pumpkin, 1 delicata squash and 3 large sweet potatoes. I feel nice and full right now. If I get a bit hungry later I may have another squash and or more sweet potatoes. How does all of this sound to you, out of curiousity?
