I wouldn't say that they're *completely* different, in that you did the same work (i.e. 45 pull ups, 45 thrusters). In fact, if your reordering allowed you to do the prescribed work in less time, then your reverse Fran is a "better" workout when judged by power output. Of course, that isn't the sole criterion for judging a workout.
