I have changed my squats in the last two months. Now I try to go deep as much as possible. This caused me to drop my max weight. I can do max 100kg on back squat, 75kg on front. I feel like I loose power at the lowest point of the squat, but I am pretty comfortable sitting there with lots of weight. It is getting up from the lowest point is not easy. I am trying to get the bounce effect, but not really helping/happening. I am suspecting my feet are still a bit narrow (since I try to go as deep as possible) and my hips are not going back enough ( since I try to stay vertical).
