Deadlift PR

I started doing CrossFit in July, for the 8 months or so prior to that I did nothing exercise wise and prior to that I just lifted weights. My max deadlift prior to today was 385 and that was when I was just doing a lifting only routine. Today I pulled 415 to destroy my old PR.

Considering we have probably done 4 WOD's since I started that did deadlifts I would say that this goes to show how CrossFit can improve your strength overall.
