Monday 080519

75 pushups, 95 (70) pound sumo dealift high pull, 50 x -55lbs ring dips, -55lbs weighted pullups, 25 handstand pushups (70 pound standing military bar press) Time 21:17
Tuesday 080520

Row 1000, 25 Burpee, Row 750, 50 Burpee, Row 500, 75 Burpee
Time 30:00. Most Burpees modified because I could not hop to my feet from the pushup.
