I am having my semi annual physical in a few weeks, and I wanted to make sure I get all the bloodwork that would be good to know.
I trust my doctor to check the right stuff, but since I am becoming somewhat of a diet-geek, I wonder about blood sugar levels and things, and in general I would like a good baseline of things to note for future comparison.
Hopefully I can then see, medium/long term, what my diet is doing to/for me.
Any medical input? Any other non-blood tests to note besides the standard physical stuff?
