I felt a lot better today after I had my first zone-ish snack. I felt a little winded starting my swimming warmup, but felt better once getting into the aerobic part of it. I realize I only swim for 20 mins, but that's all I can get in during lunch.
Did yesterday's WOD tonight:
Forgot to check the scaling on BrandX
Did: 20 minutes of
5 pullups (jumping)
Drank a lot of water. Feel back to normal I think.
