Camille - Thanks so much. We had a great time. Only 3 people showed up, but I think they will be back. I'm now down 5 lbs... Mostly water weight. I was VERY dehydrated coming back from DR (alcohol + Sun - water = not a good thing) plus my cycle ended.
WOW... I'm behind on journaling... oh well.

Weight this AM - 124.8 lbs (-5 lbs)
*I just want to record to reflect that last week I predicted I would be this weight. Do I know my body or what. Nicweeks sent me my new diet last night. I'm VERY happy with it so far.
