I think I should keep a running tally of stuff I'm able to do now that I've never done before.
1. 3.6 mile run without stopping
2. 20" box jump
3. I CLIMBED A 15 FOOT ROPE!
Things to work on: 5 mile run, 24" box jump, pullups with no band, double unders, handstand pushups. Someday. *sigh*
