Otherwise, doing fine. I've been training pretty hard, so I try to make sure I get some dense carb sources post workout or first thing in the morning. Usually a banana or some dried fruit. That seems to be helping. I'm not quite as sore after wod's (not sure if the glycogen replacement is the reason or not) but it works..
