Re: paleo "change your life in 30 days"
This is pretty cool - my wife and I just started 30 days of paleo on Sunday. Looking forward to seeing everyone's progress. I wish I'd had some blood tests done before starting to see what the effects might be.
Breakfast: 3 eggs, turkey sausage, spinach, peppers, olive oil, salsa
Snack: 2 slices turkey bacon, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, apple
Lunch: chicken tenderloin, romaine lettuce, carrots, mixed berries
Dinner: pork chops (broiled in olive oil), green beans, almonds
Late night snack: tuna, 1/2 avocado, olive oil, sunflower seeds, mixed berries
