It's probably not the rhomboids if a rib was dislocated (dislocated popped out & has to be manually put back, subluxated = popped out & back in). I don't think you need to do work on these unless your posture is just bad, heh.
She say which muscle(s) it was that dislocated the rib? And which ribs it was? Well, not that that matters too much. You might wanna schedule an appointment for a PT clinic that does manual therapy (unless the chiro does it too).
You need to get some massage, heat and stretching to the muscles that are tight.
