Your body gets used to it over time, but you have to always stay hydrated, as expected.

I have always been someone who easily got heat stroke from being in the sun all day, but I've never once had a problem with a hour long workout in 90F+ weather.

I personally love working out in a hot/humid environment. Gets the sweat pouring and you warm up a lot easier.
