Work ROM and rehab excersizes for your ankle with stretch tubing or stretch bands. You'll really need to strengthen the muscles around the achilies to mitigate possible tearing. If you've had trouble in both achillies you may have a predisposition to weakness in that area. It just means you'll have to be more diligent about conditioning that area properly.
