Sprinting is not nearly as good of a substitute as sumo deadlift high pull with a 20kg barbell.

Just find out out how many calories you can get in 20 seconds on the rower and and how many sumo lifts you can do in 20 seconds. Then divide the number of sumo lifts by the calories from the rower to determine how many sumo lifts equal a point.
