Lifted in pounds today for the first time in a while.

Snatch
45xSome, 95x3, 135x2, 155x2, 175x1, 195x1, 210x1, 220 (F, F), 220x1, 230 (F), 230x1, 210x1, 220x1, 230x1, 245 (F)

Goal today was definitely the two makes at 230 so I was happy to get there and do that. The three makes in a row on the second wave was a nice way to end things. The second make at 220 was the best a rep had felt since I was down at 135.

Put 245 on and then summarily clarked it before it even got to my knees.

Snatch Pull, Snatch
185x1, 185x1, 200 (F), 200x1, 205 (F)

Continuing to play around with this idea after experimenting some on Tuesday with it. While I struggle with the mechanics of just the pull if I start from the floor if I pick it up and lower it down to a hover it goes alright.

Clean and Jerk
135x3, 185x1, 205x1, 225x1, 245x1, 265x1, 280 (F Jerk), 280x1, 295x1, 305x1

Huge, big PR on the last one and that made me what had become my goal weight for the year. Could not believe I missed the jerk on the first 280, I hadn't missed just a regular jerk in over two months.

Midline
Barbell Sidebends, 3x20

Little differently than I have done these in the past. Kept the bar centered on my back and just did 20 reps total rather than focusing on just one side.
