Kind of frustrating first day back...

Snatch
20xSome, 40x3, 50x3, 60x3, 70x2, 80x2, 87x2, 93x2, 98x1 (F#2), 90x1 (F#1, #3)

Goal was to come in here and do the 98 for a double. Left the second one a little out front. Coming down to 90 was just a little bit of a mess.

Hands are still a little tender. The Eleiko that I warmed up on and the DHS that was on the platform were both very sharp.

Bench Press
45x10, 135x10, 195x5, 220x3, 245x6, 135x10, 135x10, 135x10, 135x10, 135x10

On the other hand was very happy with this. Did exactly what I was looking to do here.

Dips
5x10

After each of the BBB sets.

Midline
~4:00 of planks

Couple of rounds of plank competitions after the barbell club session tonight that I got in on.
