My Concerns:
1. In the jerk, I can't create enough tension in my shoulders/elbows because my elbows are too high/relaxed every time I reset them. Is any "magix-fix" to this?
2. In the jerk, I can't get my head through enough, my left foot forward enough, or dip low enough as the weight increases.
3. In the front squat, it seems like my thoracic is rounding just a tad as I go up, but my shoulders are very flexible and I can't figure out how to fix it.

Are there any other things anyone notices? I'm obviously looking to better myself technically and continue improving.
