OverHead Press and Blood Restriction?

I have a newfound obsession with handstand pushups, my question is whether mild - to excessive overhead pressing can infact restrict the flow of blood and oxygen to the brain. Previously I have noticed and spoken with a doctor -ive also read the same on the CF forum's- that when I lay flat on the floor my neck position may expose or touch a nerve that due to the neck position results in yawning and also a slight numbness in the hands.
Since my handstand pushups are progressivley going up the tightness in my traps an neck goes up with it, i regularly practice ART and tennis ball rolling for specific points but was just wondering if the pressing is also contributing to the nerve situation and strange yawning attacks I get sometimes.....
