I am new to the crossfit program. I have done two WOD's. I have been doing some split body part weight training for the last two months. Do you think it would be all right to do the WOD's and still do the weight training? I am wondering if I won't give my muscles enough rest time or maybe my body will adapt and get stronger and tougher?
