Its just a form issue. Keep the elbows tucked in tight directly infront of you and close to the body when doing the transition into the dip. I take it that is where you are failing? If you let them flair out this puts too much strain on the outer elbow area.

I would recommend practicing perfect form, elbows in close. Dont go to total fatigue until you have your form spot on.
