Which diet is more effective in given cases, Paleolithic diet or Zone diet?
Which diet is better for these specific cases?
1) To dirty bulk (I don't plan on doing this, just curious)
2) To clean bulk (I do plan on doing this eventually)
3) To lean out while keeping as much muscle mass as possible
4) Is the easiest to follow with a daily intake of 3000 calories
5) Is the cheapest to follow with a daily intake of 3000 calories (yes I'm short on money)
6) Has the most varieties, less restrictions and is the most fun to follow?
7) The easiest not to cheat on.
8) Your personal favorite and why?
9) Best for health?
