Much more likely just your run-of-the-mill cardiac arrest. The type only a defibrillator would fix.
CPR until defibirlator arrives. Shock as soon as you can if there is no pulse and it is a shockable rhythm.
AED's(automated external defibrillators) are great, and for the most part idiot proof. I reccomend learning where they are at public areas, just in case.
