I can't figure out how many blocks a day I should be consuming. I have Crossfit journal #21 and I'm all ready to go but I don't know what I fit into or how I would go to figure that out. I'm 5'10" 180lbs. I'm in the army and am a PT stud so I'm tempted to go with the athletic category of 25 blocks because I think that's where I would go but I want to lose body fat. Should I only do like 21 blocks instead or would I be slowing my metabolism?
