If your primary trying to work your abs, I've read it's better not to go quite as low. I was looking for a pic, but couldn't find it. I'd say hips were 3-4 inches higher. The last few inches of the movement really hit the back. THis is if you want mainly abs, for a full rollout obviously you need to go the full distance.....
