I am just begining my crossfit career and have been looking around the board and have gathered some great info, so thanks to everyone. I starting a cycle of CF-ME-CF-REST and i was wondering if i should stick with WOD that are posted everyday or can i mix and match as much as i would like. I am just wondering if there is a cycle to the WOD and if i should try and stay on that cycle. I would appreciate some feed back. Thanks
