How about an outdoor Crossfit Dec.?
Based on the previous post's format of three minutes for each exercise:
1. air squats
2. pull-ups
3. push-ups
4. knees-to-elbows
5. run (how many yards/meters?)
6. box jump (maybe on a park bench or low wall?)
7. handstand (handstand push-ups for 3 minutes seems unduely cruel)
8. burpees
9. jump-rope (how many seconds of double-unders out of 3 minutes total?)
10. mountain climbers
... done, and you should be done yourself.
Please feel free to suggest changes and improvements. I came up with this off the top of my head and haven't actually tried it yet.
