Still working on the Diesel Crew, adding weight each time.
Started seeing a chiropractor who focuses on the Graston Technique.
Importantly I Deadlifted and Back Squatted for the first time in years yesterday.
I did BS 5x3x95 and DL 5x3x135. Not much, but it's a start.
When my shoulder is really good, I'll need to decide whether to go to a proper gym with free weights to get back into starting strength or a nearby crossfit club.
