hi,
I am new to the board and would like some advice on a sample diet whilst training for a half marathon. For the last 14 months I have been concentrating on building mass with lots of weight training. I have been asked to do a half marathon by a mate to raise funds for a charity ( we lost two friends last May, one a firefighter and the other a police officer)what I would like is a diet plan to follow that allows me to fuel my training but also help me lose BF, this will then help with the running. I will still do weights 2 x week but with higher reps. I know all the hard work of getting to 13st 9lbs will be wasted but the cause is far better reward. hope you can help. Cheers
