Now that I look at Bob's, these seem tame, but here ya go.

5 or 10 rounds for time:
Swim lap, 10 Push-ups, Swim lap, 10 sit-ups, Swim lap, 10 squats

5 rounds for time:
Underwater length, 10 sit-ups, swim back, 10 push-ups, underwater length, 15 flutter kicks (four count), swim back, 10 squats

Any of the above with a steady increase of cals works good too. Anywhoo...just some thoughts.
