i'll be loging on every monday.
i love mixing crossfit with swimming heres my favorite.

swim 10 lengths -10 push-ups
swim 10 lengths -10 sit-ups
swim 10 lenghts -10 squats

swim 8 lengths -20 push-ups
swim 8 lengths -20 sit-ups
swim 8 lengths -20 squats

continue to

swim 2 lengths -50 push-ups
swim 2 lengths -50 sit-ups
swim 2 lengths -50 squats

ends up being 2500yrds and 150reps in a standard pool. i swim in a 33.3yrd pool so it's 3000yrds.
