What you likely heard about "45 minutes" is that you should attempt to do the WOD under that amount of time or scale appropriately to be able to complete it under 45 minutes. From that point, yes, push yourself to complete the WOD in the shortest amount of time possible.

Post your times to "Comments". Then if and when the WOD returns you can compare your new time to the old time to see how you are improving. Click on the link for the "compare to date", then do a "control F" to find your post. Simply search for your user name to find your previous post.
