Hello all. Very new to CF, I have yet to do a WOD, so tomorrow will be my first. Alot of the guys/gals at the department are big believers in the program and I've been very impressed with what I've seen so here I am. I'm sure I've seen the answer to this question, but I've done so much reading the last few days I have a ton of info rolling around my head. As a result I have no idea where I might have seen it. When it says "3 rounds for time" I'm guessing it means in the fastest time I personally can do it in. Or is there a set time I should be aiming for? Seems like I saw 45 mins listed somewhere as the goal for completing a WOD. Am I way off in my interpretaions? Sorry for the length of the post. Hope it's in the right forum. Thanks!
