People look at me crazy with my dinner salads since I just grab the largest bowl in the house - fill it up with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, grilled chicken etc, and sit down for a feast. Funny thing is - it is hard to get over 500 - 600 calories with that - and that is adding a ton of chicken to it.

The steak in the pic was 12.5 oz, and the brussels sprouts were cooked with 4 strips of bacon. Try harder, haha.
